I had Bariactric surgery in June 2015 and went from 220 to 130. Very happy with results but have a lot of loose, crepy skin. Can diet and exercise tighten this or is removal necessary? If so, what would costs be to tighten around lower abdomen and buttocks?

Congratulations on your successful weight loss! Unfortunately, loose skin is a common problem after significant weight loss. This may improve minimally over time but almost always needs removal. Your best option is to seek consultation from a plastic surgeon to discuss which areas need excision and how much can be done during one procedure. Costs are highly variable in these cases and need to be individualized. Good luck with your new lifestyle!
